Mikey’s Key Lime Pie Ice Cream (GLUTEN): Cream cheese ice cream, Key lime curd, brown butter graham crust. It’s a key lime pie ice cream a la Steve’s Authentic Key Lime Pie in Red Hook Brooklyn.
INGREDIENTS: Cane Sugar, Milk, Cream, Turbinado Sugar, Cream Cheese, Vanilla, Egg Yolks, Milk Powder, Salt, Tapioca Syrup, Guar Gum, Key Lime Juice, Butter, Graham Flour (GLUTEN!)

Butter! Ice Cream: Look, we were making vanilla ice cream one day and we ran out of cream so our team (rightfully) thought, “what if we just replaced it with butter?” and here we are a few months later making the hit butter flavor.
